We are now offering calls to the Helpline for FREE as part of our charitable service. Callers pay a lo-call rate* for the 0845 call, thereafter the service is free, no charge is made for speaking to our clinicians (*some telephone service providers even allow calls to 0845 numbers as part of call plans with inclusive free minutes).

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee answering every call but we will do our best! Regretfully callers cannot leave a message and we cannot call callers back. If your are not successful in getting through the first time round please do try again at another time.
